Halloween Hangman

Description:

Our classic Halloween Hangman game which features a snarky skeleton that eggs you on as you place a classic game of hangman with a Halloween theme. The goal is to guess all the letters of the hidden word. Wrong guesses will cause parts of the skeleton to appear. If you guess incorrectly six times, your game will be over.

Controls:

Use your mouse (or finger on mobile) to click on the letter buttons to guess a letter. You can also select letters by typing them on a keyboard.

This was the game that really put our original company on the map. We built the game in 2004 using the now defunct Flash Player® and emailed links to around 100 friends and clients. We only received about 300 hits that year. The following year, our hosting server crashed in the beginning of October because there was so much traffic to the site. Since the original game ultimately received over 55 million hits, we decided it would be a good idea to rebuild the game using modern technologies that do not require plugins of any kind.
