How do I play free games online without downloading anything?
It's simple — just visit our homepage, pick a game, and start playing. All of our games are built with HTML5 and JavaScript, so they run directly in your web browser. There's nothing to download, no plugins to install, and no account required. As long as you have a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, you're ready to play.
What devices can I play your browser games on?
Our games work on desktops, laptops, tablets, and most smartphones. Because they're built as HTML5 browser games, they adapt to different screen sizes and don't depend on any specific hardware. All you need is a reasonably up-to-date web browser and an internet connection.
What are play tokens and why do I need them?
Play tokens are our way of encouraging healthy gaming habits. We don't want anyone — especially younger players — spending too much time in front of a screen. You receive a set of free tokens each day, and each game session uses a token. This gives parents an easy way to monitor and manage how much time their children spend playing our games. It's part of our commitment to responsible, family-friendly gaming.
Can I buy additional play tokens?
No, and that's by design. We limit each player to ten free daily tokens. We don't sell extra tokens because we genuinely don't want people spending money just to play more of our games. Our games are meant to be a fun break in your day, not something that drains your wallet. Your tokens reset each day, so you'll always have a fresh set waiting for you.
Why doesn't full screen work on my iPhone?
This is actually an iOS limitation, not an issue with our games. Apple does not support the Fullscreen API on iPhones, regardless of which browser you use. If Apple adds this feature in the future, our full screen button should work automatically. In the meantime, the games still play perfectly in your iPhone's regular browser view.
Are you the same company as The Dimension's Edge, Inc.?
Not technically, but we share the same roots. Dimension's Edge is a new company with the same founder, game developers, and designers who ran The Dimension's Edge, Inc. That original company built Flash-based online games for major clients. When Flash was discontinued, the business closed. Now we're back, building modern browser games with HTML5 and JavaScript. Same creative team, new technology, and better games. You can read our full story here.
What happened to the members website (DEdge.me)?
We've shut down the member site for the time being. Right now, our priority is building new games and growing our player community here on DEdge.com. Once we have a larger library and active player base, we plan to revisit the idea of a membership platform with additional features.
Are you going to be making more games?
Absolutely. We spent a lot of time developing our custom game engine and tools to make building browser games faster and more efficient. Now that the foundation is in place, we're actively creating new games. We have several titles in development, and we'll be adding them to the site as they're completed. Check our homepage regularly to see what's new.
Can you make a game for my company?
We're not taking on client work right now. Although building custom games for brands was the core business of our previous company, we're currently focused on developing our own titles. We may consider sponsorship opportunities for our existing games on a case-by-case basis, but we can't make any promises.
I have a game idea — can you build it?
We appreciate the enthusiasm! We have plenty of game ideas of our own that we're eager to bring to life, so we're not in a position to develop other people's concepts right now. If you're passionate about your idea, we'd encourage you to learn game development and build it yourself — there are great free resources online for getting started with HTML5 and JavaScript game programming.
